jupiter Well-being programs
Mental health is only one part of the journey, at jupiter we take a holistic approach Mental Health. Targeting the Mind, body and soul. Currently jupiter has 2 programs running, Mindfulness Matters and Recreation and Well-being. Mindfulness Matters will be coming to schools in Port Stephens in 2023.
